Restaurant Manager Saudi National

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager Saudi National to join its Food & Beverage team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring consistent delivery of service standards, and leading a high-performing team. The Restaurant Manager will report to the Operations Manager of Food & Beverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the restaurant outlet, ensuring all service, quality, and brand standards are consistently met.
• Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, promptly resolving concerns, and promoting positive guest relations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and deployment of associates to align resources with business demands and operational priorities.
• Coach, train, and develop associates through onboarding, ongoing development, performance feedback, and standards-based leadership.
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, inventory levels, and purchasing activities to support commercial performance and budget objectives.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and operational readiness across all restaurant areas, equipment, and supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within luxury hospitality, food and beverage, or high-end restaurant operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant service standards, food and beverage operations, and cost control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and support teams to deliver results.
• Confident communication skills in English, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders. Additional language skills are advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing attention to detail with sound judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in working with restaurant operational systems, payroll, purchasing, and point-of-sale platforms, while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
