Services Specialist Customer Management

About the Role

Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Specialist - Customer Contract Management to manage subscription contracts for Software as a Service (SaaS). This full-time role involves overseeing contracts primarily within Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa, ensuring the timely delivery of internal license orders, remote implementations, and yearly software updates. The specialist will also serve as a primary point of contact for subscribers, focusing on operational delivery, contractual and financial deliverables, customer satisfaction, and renewals. This position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept R3 Handoffs and create and plan Subscription Contracts within SAP.
• Manage the financials of assigned contracts and act as the SAP "Responsible Person."
• Deliver on the subscription scope of work, including internal license ordering, deployment, initial implementation, and yearly updates, in collaboration with the centralized deployment COE.
• Ensure compliance with Financial Excellence (FINEX) dashboards for all owned contracts.
• Oversee operational delivery and excellence, contractual and financial deliverables, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals.

Contract Execution and Customer Engagement

• Drive successful execution for contracts, including planning, resource allocation, continuity, and handover between resources.
• Ensure seamless execution and maintain consistency in contract delivery.
• Implement efficiency and productivity methods to ensure more streamlined and profitable execution.
• Manage customer communication, facilitate high-level engagement, and conduct customer performance reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires a strong understanding of contract management principles, particularly within a SaaS environment, and proficiency in financial oversight and operational delivery.
