The Role of Showroom Sales Officer

The Showroom Sales Officer is responsible for executing sales objectives within the company, working under the direction of a supervisor or direct manager. This full-time role involves direct engagement with customers to facilitate the car purchase process and ensure sales targets are met. The officer acts as a key point of contact in the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and guide them through the car buying process.
• Clearly explain the features and specifications of available vehicles.
• Outline the steps required to complete the car purchase process.
• Address customer inquiries regarding vehicles and purchase procedures.
• Escort customers for vehicle inspections and test drives.
• Collect and process necessary documents among the customer, showroom, and finance company.
• Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customer vehicles.
• Coordinate with management and vehicle owners to finalize sales procedures.
• Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers to maximize company profits.
• Follow up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Required Experience
