Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly financial statements by collecting and analyzing data.
- Assemble quarterly and annual state statements.
- Respond to financial inquiries by interpreting data and trends.
- Develop forecasts and prepare special reports by studying variances and preparing budgets.
- Implement Finance policies and ensure compliance.
- Guide subordinates in their daily activities.
- Participate in on-the-job training.
Qualifications & Skills:- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and practices.
