About the Role

Edition is seeking a Spa Service Expert to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting various vital spa functions and contributing to a memorable guest experience beyond standard spa services. The Spa Service Expert demonstrates initiative and offers a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting spa services and retail sales to guests.
• Taking reservations and confirming appointments accurately.
• Answering guest questions regarding available services.
• Checking in guests and processing payments efficiently.
• Ensuring all guest transactions are seamless and contribute positively to their overall experience.

Operational Standards and Physical Requirements

Success in this role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication style. The position involves physical activity, including prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking, and navigating various surfaces. Tasks also include managing reservation software and performing hands-on work that may involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance and 25 pounds (* kg) with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping are also part of the role. All assigned tasks must be performed to ensure guest satisfaction and business prosperity.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated initiative in providing a wide range of services.
• Ability to create a safe workplace environment.
• Proficiency in managing reservation software.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the spa operations of Edition hotels in Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with guests and colleagues in a dynamic service environment.
