The Spa Service Expert takes initiative to deliver a wide range of services, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting spa services and retail sales.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for guests.
• Answering guest inquiries regarding spa services.
• Registering guests and processing payments efficiently.
• Ensuring all guest transactions contribute positively to their experience.
• Maintaining a safe workspace and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Performing all tasks to the best of ability, including other reasonable tasks as requested.

Physical Demands of the Role

The Spa Service Expert role requires continuous activity, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods on various surfaces, which may include uneven or slippery conditions. The position involves an active role, requiring the ability to move, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds unassisted and up to 25 pounds with assistance. Tasks also include reaching above and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
