About the Role

Maaden is seeking a Supervisor Dispatch Mining for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for coordinating and optimizing the movement of mining equipment, resources, and personnel to maximize productivity and operational efficiency within our mining operations.

Role Purpose

The Supervisor Dispatch Mining is responsible for overseeing dispatch systems, monitoring production targets, and ensuring the safe and timely execution of all mining activities. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational flow and achieving production goals through effective resource management and real-time data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize equipment deployment, haulage schedules, ore processing, and other mining activities to meet production targets and operational requirements.
• Monitor real-time dispatch and mine planning data to track equipment location, availability, and utilization.
• Optimize truck and equipment allocation, routing, and sequencing to minimize downtime and idle time, thereby improving productivity.
• Collaborate with mine planners, geologists, and production supervisors to develop short-term and long-term production plans and schedules.
• Communicate instructions, updates, and feedback on production targets and schedules to equipment operators, truck drivers, and other personnel.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular inspections of mining equipment and machinery to verify proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams to address breakdowns and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain safe working conditions and regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and support to dispatch operators and personnel on dispatch systems, equipment operation, and safety procedures.

Performance Outcomes

• Mining equipment, resources, and personnel are dispatched effectively in line with production targets and operational priorities.
• Equipment allocation, routing, and sequencing contribute to reduced downtime and idle time, improving overall equipment utilization.
• Dispatch and production data are consistently monitored and analyzed to identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Equipment issues and maintenance requirements are identified and coordinated promptly for resolution.
• All dispatch activities and personnel consistently comply with applicable safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in mining dispatch or a similar operational coordination role.
• Additional certification or training in mine dispatch systems is considered advantageous.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic mining environment, requiring strong coordination and communication skills.
