About CLEAR and the Role

CLEAR is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and enhance the company's recruitment strategies. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the organization's growth.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to meet CLEAR's evolving hiring needs by implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle and aligning all hiring efforts with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to source and attract high-quality candidates across various functions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department leads to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels including social media, job boards, networking, and professional organizations to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Maintain and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to monitor hiring metrics and optimize processes.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruitment staff to enhance the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.
  • Stay updated on current industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven success in senior or lead roles. Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple departments and levels is required.

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to recruitment.
