Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial vacancy requests to the final stages of candidate onboarding. This position requires a professional who can efficiently identify, screen, and select candidates, ensuring a smooth and effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, starting from the receipt of vacancy requests.
• Identify suitable candidates through comprehensive screening procedures.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process.
• Coordinate job offers with selected candidates.
• Follow up on joining procedures to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related recruitment role.

Work Setting
