About the Role

Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. This full-time role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality candidates to meet current and future workforce requirements. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to provide strategic recruitment support and enhance employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, niche, and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Perform labor market research, including salary benchmarking and hiring trends.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for various positions using diverse channels.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through networking and direct sourcing.
  • Collaborate with the Organization Development team to align talent acquisition activities with workforce plans.
  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition processing to offer preparation.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and HR Operations for smooth candidate onboarding.
  • Enhance the recruitment process to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-hire.
  • Implement and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and digital sourcing tools.

Stakeholder Engagement

The role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective talent acquisition processes.

  • Internal: HR Team, Senior Management, Department Heads, and SANAD employees for internal mobility.
  • External: Recruitment Agencies, Universities, Professional Associations, Job Portals/Vendors, and the broader candidate pool.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition roles, with exposure to both corporate and field hiring.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment technologies (*, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter), and employment branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-volume hiring campaigns and senior-level searches.

Work Environment

This is an office-based position, with occasional travel required for meetings, training, or company events.
