About the Role

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Saudi National Retail to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for designated business units, focusing on strategic planning, sourcing, and assessment to meet manpower requirements. The position emphasizes high satisfaction levels for stakeholders and candidates, with success measured by adherence to SLAs, sourcing effectiveness, and quality of hire metrics. The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specific business units, ensuring satisfactory experiences for Hiring Managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Adhere to defined KPIs and SLAs in line with group standards and utilize established methodologies for each position.
• Support business units during manpower planning and scheduling, contributing to the Hiring Plan to fulfill budgeted manpower needs.
• Provide market insights during strategic planning stages to inform recruitment strategies.
• Manage sourcing solutions by understanding business needs and growth plans, developing extensive market networks for proactive manpower fulfillment.
• Cultivate relationships with external talent to build a proactive acquisition pipeline.
• Support business units with assessment tools for talent selection, recording and analyzing assessment activities to ensure merit-based recruitment.
• Facilitate feedback and review processes with new hires and managers.
• Efficiently utilize ATS systems, social media, and job boards.
• Plan and conduct assessment centers and open days for candidate selection, and develop Talent Pools to meet hiring plans and business needs.
• Manage job offers in line with manpower budgets and internal policies.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and consistent process application for all roles, collaborating with business units to review and refine SLAs and recruitment processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the retail sector and with a focus on Saudi National recruitment. The role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategic sourcing.
