Terminal Operations Manager

About the Role

Sofomation is seeking a Terminal Operations Manager for a full-time position within a well-known oil and gas company in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in managing terminal and marine operations within the petrochemical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing terminal, tank farm, refinery, petrochemical, or marine operations.
• Managing the handling of various petrochemical storage tanks, including API tanks, floating roof, fixed roof, IFR, spheres, bullets, and spheroids.
• Supervising the handling of products such as Ethylene, Propylene, LPG, NGL, MTBE, Methanol, Mix C4, Pyrolysis Gasoline/Fuel Oil, and other petrochemical products.
• Managing marine loading arms, ship loading/unloading processes, and fulfilling Loading Master responsibilities.
• Operating jetty and port terminal facilities efficiently and safely.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in terminal, tank farm, refinery, petrochemical, or marine operations is required.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with petrochemical storage tanks, including API tanks, floating roof, fixed roof, IFR, spheres, bullets, and spheroids.
• Proven experience in handling a wide range of petrochemical products such as Ethylene, Propylene, LPG, NGL, MTBE, Methanol, Mix C4, Pyrolysis Gasoline/Fuel Oil.
• Practical experience with marine loading arms, ship loading/unloading procedures, and acting as a Loading Master.
• Experience in operating jetty and port terminal facilities.

Work Environment

This role is based in Saudi Arabia and involves working within the dynamic environment of a prominent oil and gas company. The position is full-time, requiring dedicated on-site presence to manage complex operations.
