The platform serves major events across the Kingdom, with sales exceeding 2 billion. We are seeking a Travel Agent - IATA Certified (Amadeus GDS) to join our team.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, hands-on role for an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Agent. The successful candidate will manage the complete booking lifecycle for corporate and leisure clients, utilizing Amadeus GDS. This includes handling fare construction, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and managing irregular operations, while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Passenger Name Records (PNRs) for flights, hotels, cars, and ancillaries within Amadeus.
• Constructing and pricing fares, including published, private, and corporate rates, and issuing tickets.
• Processing reissues, revalidations, voids, refunds, and Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMDs) in adherence to fare rules.
• Proactively handling schedule changes, irregular operations (IROPs), and cancellations.
• Advising clients on itinerary options, fare choices, and visa/entry requirements.
• Managing daily queues to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining accuracy in BSP reporting.
• Coordinating with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers for waivers and group requests.
• Delivering high-quality service across phone, email, and chat channels, including managing escalations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience as a Travel Agent.
• IATA certification is required.
• Proficiency in Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS) is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end travel reservations.
