At Tadawi Medical Group, we are dedicated to enhancing healthcare services and ensuring the highest quality standards. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our hospital team, playing a vital role in supporting continuous improvement of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on healthcare quality indicators and performance metrics.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments in line with hospital policies and accreditation standards.
- Identify gaps in quality processes and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
- Analyze clinical and operational data to support evidence-based quality improvements.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Support preparation for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality management systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Quality Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in healthcare quality or hospital operations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and quality frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
