About the Role

Maqam Group is seeking a full-time Hotel Manager to lead its property in Abhā, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency within the hospitality sector.

Role Overview

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel, driving performance across all departments. This position requires a professional with strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily operations across all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience, promptly handling feedback and complaints to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead, motivate, and train hotel staff, conducting regular performance evaluations to maintain a professional work environment.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy rates.
• Guarantee strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards, ensuring full compliance with local tourism regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in hotel management. Experience in 4 or 5-star hotels is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep knowledge of Hotel Management Systems and Saudi tourism regulations.
