Jazeera Paints is a prominent company in the paints industry. We are seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Abha. This full-time role is central to maintaining high service standards and achieving sales objectives within our showroom environment.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for managing the complete customer journey, from initial reception to comprehensive post-sales support. This position involves direct sales activities, meticulous showroom management, inventory oversight, and strict adherence to company policies, all contributing to the achievement of sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Customer Engagement and Sales

• Provide excellent customer reception and maintain a high level of service within the showrooms.
• Meet customer needs, facilitate goods delivery, and ensure comprehensive customer service before and after sales.
• Follow up with customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to products, securing orders, calculating quantities, and assisting with product and color coordination.
• Achieve sales targets as per the established sales plan and commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required KPIs.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, striving for resolution, and report them to the direct manager.

Showroom and Inventory Management

• Coordinate with showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure smooth invoice issuance and proper goods delivery.
• Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness at all times, ensuring the availability of marketing tools like brochures and catalogues.
• Accept online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Ensure a good stock of all items, especially fast-moving ones, by applying warehouse ordering policies (minimum/maximum levels) and adhering to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure proper arrangement of goods in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.

Reporting and Collaboration

• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required and deposit daily sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Maintain order and discipline within the showroom.
• Collaborate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

General Duties

• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Offer constructive ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
• Execute all function-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
