Join Diaverum's Social Care Team!
Join us and become part of Diaverum Saudi Arabia’s social care team; with a focus on providing comprehensive social care services across the Kingdom. As a Social Worker, you will engage with patients and their families to enhance their quality of life and access to crucial medical services.

Role Overview:
You will work within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) dedicated to providing psychosocial support to patients undergoing hemodialysis and those living with chronic diseases such as renal failure, diabetes, and hypertension. Your role will involve:

• Patient education and counselling regarding their medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Implementing individualized social care plans while adhering to international standards and local regulations.
• Monitoring patient experiences and following up on initiatives to elevate patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide counselling as required.
• Utilize your skills to guide patients in making necessary lifestyle changes and adhering to their treatment regimens.
• Collaborate actively with the MDT to ensure effective healthcare delivery and quality of life improvements.

Qualifications:

• Certified Social Worker by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work; a Master’s is preferred.
• Experience in a clinical setting or social care is favorable, particularly with chronic disease management.
• Fluency in Arabic and basic English; advanced MS Office skills are required.
