المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • التنسيق اليومي بين الفرق الإدارية والتقنية.
  • تنظيم الجداول والاجتماعات والتقارير.
  • التعامل مع المهام اللوجستية المتعلقة باحتياجات المشروع.
  • إدارة طلبات الشراء واللوازم.
  • التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
  • دعم الوثائق والعمليات العامة للمكتب.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الدعم الإداري أو اللوجستيات.
  • إتقان برامج Microsoft Office.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وتواصل قوية.
  • تجربة سابقة في المشاريع المعمارية أو البلدية ميزة إضافية.

Job Summary:
