Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach teams in Safety, Quality, and Productivity to meet standardized work objectives.
- Monitor safety occurrences and act as the first responder when needed.
- Ensure production lines run safely, smoothly, and produce quality parts through Process Confirmation.
- Support continuous improvement and drive problem resolution at all operational levels.
- Manage daily material handling functions, ensuring proper flow from receiving to delivery.
- Direct and support teams in their tasks while promoting a safe work environment.
- Handle administrative and supervisory duties and prepare necessary reports.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Engineering, preferably with a focus on Stamping.
- 8+ years’ experience in automotive stamping, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- LEAN and TPS certifications are a plus.
- Proficient in engineering and production management software, including ERP systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
