About the Role:As a Production Supervisor at Match, you will lead and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. Key Accountabilities:- Supervise daily production activities to meet production goals and quality standards.

- Coordinate workflows and collaborate with other departments such as maintenance and quality control for smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding safety and quality.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities for maintenance and cleanliness.
- Prepare production reports and communicate results to management.
