As an Optical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their eyewear needs. Your expertise in optical products and your commitment to excellent customer service will ensure a memorable experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their visual and lifestyle needs.
- Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales transactions and handle basic after-sales support.
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in optical retail or customer-facing sales.
- Knowledge of eyewear products, lenses, and basic optical terminology.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and provide professional product consultations.
- English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus).
