We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Light Driver to join our team in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel within our heavy industry and metallurgy operations.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate light vehicles to transport materials and personnel.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage.
- Report any maintenance needs or incidents to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate transportation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training sessions and safety meetings.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as a light vehicle driver.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
