• Manage the restaurant reservation system including taking reservations by phone, email, and in person.
• Welcome and escort guests to their tables while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Support the F&B team in maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policy and procedures.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Mandarin Oriental, representing our service excellence.

• Understanding of the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings.
• Ability to communicate reservations and preferences effectively.
