Role Overview

The Human Resources Supervisor plays a central role in maintaining an efficient and compliant HR department. This position is responsible for both strategic oversight and hands-on management of HR processes, contributing to a positive and productive work environment within Sankyu Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR team members, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity across all HR functions.
• Manage the complete hiring process, including job postings, candidate interviewing, and comprehensive onboarding for new employees.
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and actively promote a positive and supportive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, as well as local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs to support continuous professional development.
• Oversee payroll processing and the effective management of employee benefits.
• Conduct performance reviews and employee evaluations to support growth and accountability.
• Maintain accurate employee records and comprehensive HR documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment cycles, employee relations, and HR administration.
