About the Opportunity

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Manager Contractor Mechanical Oil & Gas to join a leading international contractor. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the construction of a large-scale gas processing plant.

Role Summary

The Contracts Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all contract-related activities throughout the project lifecycle. This involves providing strategic contractual guidance and ensuring robust contract administration for a significant oil and gas infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of all contract-related matters across the project lifecycle.
• Review, negotiate, and manage EPC contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.
• Provide strategic contractual advice to project leadership and commercial teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks and opportunities.
• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company policies.
• Support procurement and project controls teams in contract execution.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record in large-scale construction projects, particularly within the oil and gas sector. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
