About the Role

Rawabi Holding Company is seeking a Chemical Engineer Unit Head to lead its Chemical Cleaning unit. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail and requires 7-12 years of experience in the field.

Role Overview

The Chemical Engineer Unit Head will be responsible for the overall management and operational efficiency of the Chemical Cleaning unit. This includes leading the team, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Chemical Cleaning unit, overseeing daily operations and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of chemical cleaning processes.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of chemical cleaning services.
Train, mentor, and guide team members to foster skill development and performance improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and deliver tailored chemical cleaning solutions.
Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in chemical cleaning.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
A Master's degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage.
Proven experience of 7-12 years in chemical cleaning operations, with a focus on management.
Strong understanding of chemical cleaning principles, techniques, and associated equipment.
