About the Commissioning Specialist Role

Kent is seeking a Commissioning Specialist to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in the telecom field within the Oil and Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Coordinate and approve the quality and completeness of all project deliverables.
• Support Commissioning Unit leaders in witnessing and monitoring pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Review pre-commissioning dossiers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor all telecom commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education at an Engineer level or higher.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar commissioning role.
• Extensive knowledge of telecom activities specifically within the Oil and Gas environment.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in managing EPCC contracts.
• Familiarity with OPERCOM® and ICAPS© systems.
• Demonstrated methodical and organized approach to work.
• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Fluent command of the English language.
• Knowledge of Arabic is considered a strong asset.
