Role Overview

The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contract documents, ensuring they meet company policies and legal requirements. This role involves critical functions from drafting and review to monitoring compliance and managing documentation, supporting various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and review contract documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor and ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations in line with agreed terms, timelines, and regulations.
• Maintain an organized repository of contracts and all related correspondence.
• Liaise and coordinate with project managers, procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in contracts administration or a related field. Demonstrated ability to manage complex contractual agreements and ensure compliance is essential.
