About KBR Saudi Arabia and the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a full-time Equipment Supervisor to join their team in Al Jubail. This role is integral to KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) division, which delivers comprehensive and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle.

The Sustainable Technology Solutions Division

KBR STS provides world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, and energy transition solutions. The division also offers high-end design capabilities and smart solutions aimed at optimizing both planned and operating assets. The Equipment Supervisor contributes directly to the operational excellence within this framework.

Key Responsibilities

The Equipment Supervisor will oversee critical equipment and lifting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency. Responsibilities include:

Preparing detailed job instructions for the equipment and lifting teams.
Coordinating all heavy lifts and equipment movements on site.
Ensuring that all lifting equipment is maintained in safe working condition.
Supervising the activities of the lifting team.
Supervising the activities of the heavy equipment team.
Demonstrating proactive safety aptitude and behavior in all operations.
Ensuring personnel possess the necessary skills, training, resources, equipment, and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities safely and effectively, in accordance with contract terms and conditions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should demonstrate a strong background in equipment supervision and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess:

Between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in equipment and lifting supervision.
Flexibility to travel internationally and reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
