About the Production Worker / Technician Role

Sulzer, a leading engineering company with a history of innovation, is seeking a Production Worker / Technician for its operations in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals who can support the manufacturing process by assembling, testing, and inspecting products to ensure they meet stringent quality and safety standards. The role involves working under close supervision and following established procedures, with opportunities for autonomous decision-making on smaller, less complex tasks.

Core Responsibilities

The Production Worker / Technician will be responsible for a range of essential manufacturing tasks. Key duties include:

• Assembling and testing products in accordance with specified requirements.
• Conducting inspections of finished goods to identify defects and reporting any issues encountered.
• Maintaining and cleaning production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhering to all established safety and quality standards during production activities.
• Documenting all production activities and test results accurately.
• Assisting with basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks for production equipment.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve production targets.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for individuals with foundational knowledge and practical experience in a manufacturing setting. The requirements include:

• Basic vocational training or equivalent work experience.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a production or technical role.
• Fundamental mechanical and technical skills.
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Familiarity with standard safety and quality procedures.
• A willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a production environment that emphasizes adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
