About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Rotating Technician II to join our team in Al Jubail. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the optimal condition and operational integrity of rotating equipment. The role involves comprehensive installation, maintenance, and repair of various rotating equipment and mechanical systems, adhering strictly to required industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate maintenance activities to various technicians and effectively assemble the required teams.
  • Supervise all ongoing jobs, providing regular progress updates to the Foreman.
  • Organize and ensure the availability of manpower resources, necessary equipment, and materials.
  • Arrange all required work permits prior to commencing any work.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to technicians on the proper usage of tools and equipment.
  • Coordinate effectively with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs.
  • Ensure that SAP data input, historical records, and actual hours are accurately maintained.
  • Actively participate in daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of direct experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management specifically within Oil & Gas Facilities.

Safety and Compliance Standards

  • Maintain strict compliance with all SATORP standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage in accordance with SATORP standards.
  • Actively encourage the reporting of Near Miss incidents, unsafe conditions, and acts.
  • Participate in Safety audits as required.
  • Attend all scheduled Safety and Technical training sessions.

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic industrial setting, requiring a commitment to maintaining high operational standards and fostering a safe working culture in a multi-cultural team environment.
