HUDSON is seeking a Sales Engineer specializing in Rotating Equipment Sales to join their team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving sales for workshop services within the Oil & Gas industry, requiring a dynamic and technically strong professional with hands-on experience in rotating equipment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and promoting workshop services. These services include the repair, overhaul, and maintenance of various rotating equipment types. The role involves close collaboration with major OEM companies and understanding their specific service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell workshop services for rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes.
• Manage sales and service activities related to rotating equipment.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client visits to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and submit technical commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and workshop teams.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with planning, execution, and estimation teams for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and tenders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in rotating equipment.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment and workshop services.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, focusing on the Oil & Gas industry within the Eastern Region.
