Join Manuport Logistics (MPL) as a Senior Accountant!
Are you ready for something different? At MPL, we pride ourselves on thinking outside the container and driving innovation with our unique mix of logistics services. We're looking for our next hero to elevate our Finance team in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

Manage all general ledger activities; ensure timely monthly and annual closings.
Prepare full financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in line with IFRS and SOCPA.
Handle VAT and Zakat declarations to ensure full compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate with auditors and strengthen internal controls.
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, reconciliations, and cash management.
Process payroll and related provisions.
Prepare management reports, conduct variance analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting.
Master group reporting processes to provide support in the monthly consolidation.

Requirements:

4–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics within Saudi Arabia.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of IFRS (endorsed by SOCPA) and local tax regulations.
Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset.
Integrity, precision, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure.

- التعاون مع مشرف المحاسبة الأول في التحليل المالي وتقييم الأداء.
دعم الحسابات الدائنة والمستحقة:
- المساهمة في عمليات الحسابات الدائنة والمستحقة، وضمان الدقة والامتثال للمواعيد النهائية.
- المساعدة في فواتير الموردين، ومعالجة المدفوعات، ومراقبة تحصيل النقد.
دعم الدفتر العام:
- دعم الأنشطة المتعلقة بالدفتر العام والمساعدة في إغلاقات نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة.
- المشاركة في مصالحة الحسابات والتحقق من صحة البيانات المالية.
دعم الامتثال الضريبي:
- المساعدة في ضمان الامتثال للوائح الضريبية والمساهمة في إعداد الإقرارات الضريبية.
- التعاون مع مشرف المحاسبة الأول ومستشاري الضرائب لتحسين استراتيجيات الضرائب.
الرقابة الداخلية:
- الالتزام بالرقابة الداخلية والمساهمة في الحفاظ على الامتثال المالي.
- المساعدة في التدقيق الداخلي لتحديد مجالات التحسين في الرقابة المالية.
التعاون مع الفريق:
- العمل عن كثب مع فريق المحاسبة، وتقديم الدعم والتعاون في مختلف المهام المالية.
- المساهمة في تعزيز بيئة عمل إيجابية وتعاونية.

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس/الماجستير/CPA، ACCA في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة محاسبية متقدمة لا تقل عن 4-5 سنوات.
الإلمام ببرامج المحاسبة وأنظمة الإدارة المالية.
الإجادة في مبادئ المحاسبة، والتقارير المالية، والضرائب.
مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
الإجادة في Microsoft Excel.
