Role Description
This full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting equipment maintenance, performing troubleshooting, and managing preventive maintenance tasks. The role includes routine maintenance and repair of equipment, systems, and industrial machinery to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in Equipment Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical skills
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Previous experience in the kitchen or joinery industry is a plus
• Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain all electrical systems.
• Mechanical/structural mounting of racking and modules.
• Read and implement design drawings.
• Repair and troubleshoot electrical equipment.
• Follow safety rules and report safety issues.
• Communicate project updates regularly.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Systems Installation.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of PV systems.
• Ability to estimate project time and materials realistically.
• Fluent English skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with energy instruments such as multimeters and insulation testers.
• SEC Certified Solar Installer.
