Service Advisor

About the Role

360 Car Maintenance is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves managing the customer journey from vehicle reception through to delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. The ideal candidate will combine automotive knowledge with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their service concerns, and accurately record service requests.
• Open job cards, documenting vehicle details such as mileage, condition, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technicians to explain inspection findings and recommend necessary repairs.
• Prepare quotations, clearly explain costs and estimated completion times, and obtain customer approval before work commences.
• Coordinate with the workshop, spare parts team, and cashier to ensure job progression.
• Update customers regularly on repair status, additional findings, and any changes to cost or delivery time.
• Confirm that all quality checks are completed before vehicle handover.
• Explain completed work, invoices, warranty terms, and provide maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups, professionally address any concerns, and maintain accurate records within the workshop system.
• Achieve agreed service sales and customer satisfaction targets through appropriate recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive workshop or dealership setting.
• A good understanding of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and various repair services.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly and simply to customers.
• Proficiency in using workshop management systems and basic computer applications.
• Experience with American vehicles is considered an advantage.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within a dynamic car maintenance environment. The role requires interaction with customers, technicians, and various internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
