We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional food and beverage service in a professional, friendly environment. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for:
- Greet guests and present the menu while explaining food items, specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to their needs.
- Prepare dining areas ensuring cleanliness and proper table setup.
- Handle guest payments accurately using POS systems.
- Support kitchen and team members for smooth operations.
- Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is preferred.
- 1–3 years of related experience in hospitality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
