Join our team at Meem Co. For Hotel Management and Operation as a Waiter!

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional food and beverage service in a professional, friendly environment. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for:

Greet guests and present the menu while explaining food items, specials, and promotions.
Take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to their needs.
Prepare dining areas ensuring cleanliness and proper table setup.
Handle guest payments accurately using POS systems.
Support kitchen and team members for smooth operations.
Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations.
Assist in opening and closing duties, while maintaining a professional appearance.
Upsell menu items and promote special offers.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is preferred.
1–3 years of related experience in hospitality.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
