  • Communicate technical constraints, system limitations, and integration realities to business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Map and document end-to-end process flows and system interaction diagrams across core banking, CRM, digital/mobile channels, and third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to understand API contracts, data flows, and integration points between systems.
  • Prepare and maintain use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes/mock-ups, and traceability matrices.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, including writing test scenarios, coordinating sign-offs, and validating solution alignment with requirements.
  • Liaise between multiple stakeholders (business, vendors, technical teams) for requirement clarifications, scope changes, and issue resolution.
  • Produce clear, well-structured documentation and status reports for governance forums.
  • Ensure requirements and processes comply with KSA regulatory and compliance expectations for retail banking, such as SAMA guidelines.

Required Experience and Domain Knowledge

  • 4–8 years of Business Analysis experience, with demonstrable experience in retail banking (products, channels, operations, or lending).
  • Prior experience working within or with banks/fintechs operating in KSA, demonstrating an understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape.
  • Exposure to core banking, CRM, mobile/internet banking, or payment systems in a BA or techno-functional capacity.
  • Experience working in multi-vendor delivery environments, coordinating between business owners, in-house teams, and external system integrators.
  • Hands-on experience with asset/lending applications, including credit cards, personal finance, and home finance (mortgage) products, covering origination, underwriting, servicing, or collections workflows.

Educational Background and Certifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Business Analysis certification (*, CBAP, ECBA, or PMI-PBA) is considered a plus.
