About the Role

Kempinski Hotels is seeking a dedicated Doorman to join our team in Al Khobar, located in the Eastern region. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring a welcoming and seamless arrival experience for all guests, upholding the high standards of service synonymous with Kempinski Hotels.

Role Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Doorman is to provide a friendly and attentive welcome to all guests at the hotel entrance. This role ensures guest satisfaction by adhering to established service standards and creating a positive first impression upon arrival at the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and caring manner, opening hotel doors for all incoming guests according to Kempinski standards.
Open car doors for guests arriving by taxi or private vehicle, providing assistance with luggage and transporting it efficiently into the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, such as calling taxis or providing directions, and refer requests to relevant staff when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products and services, as well as local tourist and business information that may be of interest to guests.
Control traffic flow to ensure the hotel entrance remains clear and unobstructed by vehicles.
Hoist and lower flags in accordance with hotel procedures.
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel's main entrance area, taking corrective actions as needed.
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or managers, adapting to the evolving needs of the business and the hotel.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Doorman position should possess 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a professional demeanor are essential for success in this role.

This is a full-time position based at Kempinski Hotels in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The role involves working at the main hotel entrance, interacting directly with guests and managing the immediate exterior environment to maintain operational flow.
