The intern will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial processes related to Mega AC accounts. Key duties include:

• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting Mega AC invoices through the SAP portal in a timely and accurate manner.
• Following up with Mega AC stakeholders regarding invoice approvals, payment status, and expected payment dates.
• Coordinating and organizing recharge submissions, ensuring compliance with both internal and Mega AC requirements.
• Collaborating with internal departments and Mega AC teams to validate invoice details, supporting documents, and billing requirements.
• Maintaining accurate records of invoices, recharges, submissions, and payment tracking.
• Ensuring strict adherence to Bupa policies in all financial operations.

Strategic Project Coordination and Support

This role also involves supporting the coordination and tracking of various strategic initiatives and projects within the Mega AC domain. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in coordinating and tracking Mega AC-related projects, programs, and strategic initiatives across areas such as Marketing, IT, and Bupa CareConnect.
• Maintaining and regularly updating project trackers, action logs, and progress reports.
• Following up internally and externally with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of agreed actions and deliverables.
• Supporting project planning activities, including organizing meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
• Coordinating communication among project teams, clients, and business partners to achieve mutual objectives.
• Preparing meeting materials, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Monitoring project progress and escalating potential delays or risks when required.
• Supporting the implementation of project governance and reporting requirements.
