Knock is seeking a dedicated Barista to join its team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment focused on delivering quality beverage service.

The Barista Role

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role involves direct interaction with customers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the coffee service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle cash and card transactions, process payments, and manage the till accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and equipment throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, reporting needs to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista is required, with a typical range of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare various coffee beverages and operate standard coffee equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar.
