About the Role

Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co is seeking a Board & Investor Affairs Specialist to join its full-time team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This role is central to supporting the Board Secretary and managing various aspects of board and investor relations, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

With a paid-up capital of 500 million Saudi Riyals, it operates as an extension of United Insurance Company, founded in Bahrain in 1983. Regulated by the Saudi Insurance Authority, Al Etihad is licensed to operate in all types of insurance, including general, medical, motor, and protection & savings insurance, and maintains a wide network of offices and regional outlets across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Board Secretary in carrying out assigned duties and responsibilities.
  • Schedule and coordinate Board and committee meetings with members.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas and supporting documents with the secretaries of the Board and its committees, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Follow up on the signing and approval of meeting minutes.
  • Maintain and securely archive all Board documents, meeting minutes, and resolutions with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Prepare drafts of material announcements in coordination with the Board Secretary and Governance Department for publication on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website.
  • Receive inquiries from investors and financial analysts and coordinate responses with the Governance Department.
  • Manage the logistical and operational arrangements for ordinary and extraordinary General Assembly meetings through approved platforms, such as Tadawulaty, in coordination with the Governance Department.
  • Participate in collecting and reviewing the information required for the Board of Directors’ Annual Report.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-10 years of previous experience in the same or a related field.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, within a dedicated team committed to delivering high levels of service.
