Role Summary

The Chef De Cuisine is responsible for leading the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences across all main kitchen departments. This role requires a blend of hands-on culinary expertise and strong leadership capabilities to uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the culinary team in delivering dining experiences across all main kitchen departments.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Lead the culinary team in delivering Middle Eastern cuisine for large-scale events.
Supervise senior chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants.
Foster a positive work environment within the kitchen.
Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive expertise across various culinary styles, including:

Fine dining, International, Mediterranean, GCC, and Seafood cuisines.
Buffet and garde manger preparations.
Traditional and modern Arabic dishes, such as Ozi, hot and cold mezze, a variety of rice-based dishes, and other regional specialties.
