About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing the daily operations of one or more dining outlets, focusing on delivering high-quality guest experiences and ensuring operational efficiency. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management.

Key Responsibilities

The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Managing daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets to ensure quality, service, and marketing strategies that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Supporting the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, including monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
• Overseeing the administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations while implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Supporting the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
• Supervising, coaching, and mentoring team members, providing professional development opportunities, and recognizing achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.
• Maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.

Required Experience and Qualities
