About the Role

Grand Hyatt is seeking a General Technician to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position designed for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant technical field. The role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Engineering Department.

Role Summary

The General Technician provides essential support to the Engineering Department, contributing to the operational efficiency of all other departments within the hotel. This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance and technical support, ensuring that all systems function optimally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations and maintenance activities of the Engineering Department.
• Support all operating departments by ensuring their technical needs are met efficiently.
• Contribute to the overall smooth functioning of the hotel's technical infrastructure.

Qualifications and Experience

• A qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Technician/Tradesman in a hotel environment.
• Alternatively, 4 years of experience in a similar large building or complex with a central plant is acceptable.

This full-time position is based at the Grand Hyatt in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The role involves working within a dynamic hotel environment, collaborating with various departments to maintain high operational standards.
