About the Housekeeping Manager Role

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel cleanliness. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and requires a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. This includes managing the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen spaces. The role also encompasses the management of the laundry and dry-cleaning operations, covering hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all hotel cleaning functions.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas within the hotel.
  • Manage the upkeep of back-of-house non-kitchen areas.
  • Supervise the hotel's laundry and dry-cleaning operations.
  • Ensure efficient handling of hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a large operation.
  • Ideally, possess a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
