The Role of Recreation Attendant

As a Recreation Attendant based in Al Khobar, Eastern region, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to guests utilizing the recreation facilities. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and focuses on ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with guests and assist with their needs, including issuing towels, chaise lounge covers, and assisting with set-up for chaise lounges and cabanas.
Collect and remove used towels and debris from pool deck areas throughout the day.
Deliver detailed and personal service in a luxury, upscale, and fast-paced environment.
Ensure the pool area maintains a high standard of cleanliness, proper set-up, and appropriate ambiance.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all wellness and recreation services, activities, amenities, and general hotel features.
Promote and upsell wellness and recreation offers to maximize sales revenue.
Perform assigned opening and closing duties, setting up the pool area according to established standards and procedures.
Be knowledgeable about hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures.
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by hotel management.
