Senior Electrical Engineer

About the Role

Fisher Human Resource Consultancy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves overseeing and managing electrical engineering activities across various projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all electrical systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in line with project requirements, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily electrical engineering activities on projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Review and prepare design drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and manage material requisitions and manpower plans.
• Develop method statements and ensure the safe execution of works.
• Raise and follow up on inspection requests (RFI) and ensure successful approvals.
• Monitor progress through 2-week look-ahead plans and ensure timely execution.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and support testing and commissioning activities.
• Supervise technicians and coordinate with site teams and subcontractors.
• Participate in meetings to report progress, resolve issues, and coordinate activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to manage electrical engineering activities across projects.
• Proficiency in design review, site execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and quality requirements in electrical systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, requiring active participation in project sites and coordination with various teams and stakeholders.
