The Role of Service Parts Advisor

Lucid Motors Middle East is seeking a Service Parts Advisor to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position is central to supporting service and parts operations by ensuring the timely availability and accurate supply of spare parts. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience through efficient parts handling, inventory control, and close coordination with service teams.

Customer Support and Parts Sales

The Service Parts Advisor is responsible for direct customer interaction and managing parts sales processes, which includes:

• Greeting internal and external customers and accurately identifying their parts requirements.
• Recommending appropriate parts based on customer or technician needs.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Handling inquiries, providing quotations, and checking parts availability.

Inventory Management and Operations

This role involves comprehensive management of parts inventory and operational coordination, including:

• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring optimal inventory availability.
• Identifying parts requiring replenishment and initiating reorders.
• Tracking lost sales and reporting gaps for inventory improvement.
• Maintaining accurate records of parts movement and stock.
• Processing local and international parts orders according to company procedures.
• Handling special orders, including managing prepayments when required.
• Coordinating closely with Service Advisors and Technicians for parts requirements.
• Tracking parts status and ensuring timely delivery.
• Utilizing DMS/CRM systems for part number searches and transaction management.
• Ensuring accurate documentation of all parts transactions.
• Monitoring bin locations and maintaining proper storage standards.
• Managing warranty or returned parts as per policy.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Service Parts Advisor position should possess:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in parts operations or a similar role.
