Kempinski Hotels is seeking a Spa Therapist to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves delivering high-quality spa treatments in accordance with Kempinski's standards and values. The role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the operational excellence of Kempinski The Spa.

Role Overview

The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing a range of spa treatments as per the Kempinski The Spa menu, adhering to established standards and protocols. This includes understanding the benefits and outcomes of all treatments and products, and adjusting services based on guest health assessments to ensure a personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide spa treatments according to Kempinski The Spa treatment menu, standards, and outlined protocols.
• Maintain proper working knowledge of the process, benefits, and outcomes of all treatments and products offered.
• Reference and adjust treatments based on the guest’s health assessment.
• Deliver special, individualized, and unique service to guests.
• Thoughtfully recommend and upsell treatments, retail products, and homecare solutions.
• Begin and end treatments punctually.
• Confidently handle and resolve guest queries or minor complaints.
• Ensure guest comfort and maintain a genuine, welcoming environment.
• Complete proper handovers in the guest journey as per documented standards, following up on treatment experiences and addressing discrepancies.
• Maintain the setup, hygiene, and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Exercise complete discretion and confidentiality in all communications with guests.
• Perform other positions' responsibilities within the spa as required.
• Report all accidents and guest incidents to the Spa Manager promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to understand and adhere to spa standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region. The role operates within the professional environment of Kempinski The Spa, requiring adherence to the core values and goals of Kempinski Hotels.
