This program is part of the Graduates Support Program and aims to provide practical experience in training coordination and administrative development. Asas Training specializes in technical and vocational training and administrative development, offering internationally accredited programs such as CIPD.

Role Overview: HR Training and Development Specialist

This internship role, designated as a Tamheer (Saudi Only) HR Training and Development Specialist, is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The program provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment, focusing on the coordination of training activities and administrative development within the institute's headquarters in Al Khobar, Eastern Region.

Program Structure and Schedule

• Duration: 6 months
• Daily Hours: 8 hours daily, from 8 AM to 4 PM
• Workdays: Sunday to Thursday
• Location: On-site at the institute's headquarters in Al Khobar
