Technical Recruiter

About the Role

Taj HR is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical and engineering roles. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to support staffing strategies and ensure smooth onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle technical recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Source, screen, and interview technical candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate records.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and placement processes for new hires.
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies for engineering and technical positions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a preference for candidates from the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and technical positions and their specific requirements.
• Experience utilizing job portals such as LinkedIn and NaukriGulf for candidate sourcing.
• Experience managing client relationships with companies like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden, or other multinational corporations (MNCs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
